Saturday, March 13

Walnut Creek

Ever had problems with the electrical system in your MG?

Want to know how to rid yourself of bothersome electrical demons?

Member Craig Kuenzinger invites you to a tech session on automotive electrical systems. Craig is an ASE Master Technician in electrical (as well as ten other areas of automotive repair), and has been a technical instructor since 1974.

The tech session will cover alternators/generators, batteries, wiring, switches, horns, controls, lighting, and grounds. Craig will discuss and demonstrate how to make repairs and do maintenance. He will also have samples of basic tools and materials on hand. He’ll also discuss what to have at home and in your car to handle the common problems of aging British cars with Lucas electrical systems.

The session will be geared to the level of interest of the participants. Craig plans to work on any electrical issues that arrive – so bring your car and its electrical demons.

When and Where: The tech session starts at 10 am on March 13 at the Kuenzinger’s home at 1751 Lilac Drive in Walnut Creek.
